• All work with builders, developers, planners and other parties in residential housing, including in relation to the acquisition of land and the building of residential housing in Ontario;
• Land development in view of subdivision development or condominium development;
• All matters in relation to the financing for the acquisition an d the development of land;
• All matters in relation to zoning and other agreements with municipalities or governmental agencies including with respect to easements, rights-of-way and other encroachments on land; and
• All matters in relation to the Planning Act and other legislation affecting land.
