This newsletter is targeted specifically to estate and will planning as well as estate administration. Interested readers will include Executors, Estate trustees, Estate administrators, Attorneys under Powers of Attorney and other such fiduciaries. We discuss probate issues, administration of estates where there is no will, rights of beneficiaries and remedies available to them. The newsletter will address notions of capacity, the role of the Official Guardian and Trustee in Ontario and the administration of assets during long-term disability.
