This newsletter will be of interest to two different types of readers. Firstly, the purchaser or vendor of a family residence or of a secondary use residence and their advisors, agents or lenders. Secondly, the real estate developers and builders and other persons engaged in the business of real estate as well as their advisors and lenders.
