Guidelines

This newsletter deals with matrimonial asset protection, matrimonial disputes and the consequences arising from the breakup of a relationship. Questions relevant to the division of family assets, including business assets and investment assets, will be discussed. We will inform the reader about child support obligations, spousal support obligations and custody and access issues as well as domestic contracts and protection of assets, whether your are married or living in a common-law relationship.
